The Pro Series 200 and 300
The Pro Series 200 and 300 are electrically operated proportioners. The 300 draws heavy viscosity concentrates, while the 200 draws light to medium viscosity concentrates from a supply tank by means of a motor-driven gear pump.
Once the concentrate reaches the pump, it is transferred into the mixing tube and combined with water. The desired ratio of water to concentrate is adjusted by the water flow valve which is easy to monitor by the water flow meter. The mixed formula is stored in the premix reservoir and can be continuously agitated by a controlled amount of air pressure.
Safety features include warning indicators with auto shut-off for empty concentrate, inadequate water supply and main float operation.
The Pro Series 100
The Pro Series 100 is an electrically operated proportioner that draws light viscosity concentrates from a supply tank by water pressure siphoning the concentrate through an eductor, while the Pro Series 050 mechanically does the same.
